2. Orders & Payment
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if a product is unavailable, if the website was inactive at the time of ordering, or if an error occurred during the ordering process. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
3. Pickup & Market Sales
Orders placed online are available for pickup at designated locations and times, which will be communicated to you after your order is placed. We are not responsible for orders that go uncollected without prior notice. Farmers market purchases are made in person and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Perishable Products
Many of our products are fresh and perishable in nature. It is the customer's responsibility to collect their order promptly and store products appropriately upon receipt. Glebe Greens is not liable for spoilage resulting from delayed collection or improper storage after pickup.
5. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please review it carefully before placing an order.
6. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to cancel orders affected by pricing or listing errors, with a full refund issued where payment has already been made.

Our online store may be taken offline periodically — for example, during planned breaks or farm closures. We make every effort to communicate these closures in advance. Orders placed during an unintended period of website activity may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
