Fresh grass grown in Ottawa for your cat to nibble, which helps with digestion and hairballs. Choose wheatgrass (fine and tender) or oat grass (broader, sweeter blades).

Freshness & storage

We cut microgreens the night before or the morning of your delivery or pickup, so they reach you at their freshest.

  • Microgreens: keep sealed in the fridge and rinse just before eating. Most varieties keep 7–10 days; sunflower, pea shoots, beet and cilantro 5–7 days; basil 4–6 days (store it at the front of the fridge).
  • Fresh peppers and garlic: peppers keep 1–2 weeks in the crisper drawer; store garlic somewhere cool, dry and dark.
  • Pesto and chimichurri: keep refrigerated and check the label for the use-by time.

Delivery & pickup

Every delivery travels in a cooler and is handed to a person at your door.

  • Ottawa (K1, K2): $5 delivery, free over $20
  • Outer Ottawa & Gatineau (K0A, K4, J8, J9): $10 delivery, free over $25
  • Delivery days: Saturday and Sunday. Order by Tuesday night for Saturday, Wednesday night for Sunday.
  • Free pickup: 302 Fifth Avenue any day, or the Area X.O gate Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm.
