Use it on: pizza (right after it comes out of the oven), pasta, salads and sandwiches.

Why it's worth it: a good source of vitamin K, folate and calcium.

Keeps: 7–10 days sealed in the fridge. Rinse just before eating.

Freshness & storage

We cut microgreens the night before or the morning of your delivery or pickup, so they reach you at their freshest.

Microgreens: keep sealed in the fridge and rinse just before eating. Most varieties keep 7–10 days; sunflower, pea shoots, beet and cilantro 5–7 days; basil 4–6 days (store it at the front of the fridge).
Fresh peppers and garlic: peppers keep 1–2 weeks in the crisper drawer; store garlic somewhere cool, dry and dark.
Pesto and chimichurri: keep refrigerated and check the label for the use-by time.

Every delivery travels in a cooler and is handed to a person at your door.

Outer Ottawa & Gatineau (K0A, K4, J8, J9): $10 delivery, free over $25
Delivery days: Saturday and Sunday. Order by Tuesday night for Saturday, Wednesday night for Sunday.
Free pickup: 302 Fifth Avenue any day, or the Area X.O gate Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm.
